Aston Martin DB AR1

The Aston Martin DB AR1 was a limited-edition grand tourer made by Aston Martin for the United States market in 2003. The AR1 name stands for American Roadster 1. It was introduced at the Los Angeles Auto Show in January of 2003 and had no convertible top at all.

The DB AR1 roadster sold for US$226,000.
A silver DB AR1 was driven by Caleb Nichol during Season 2 of teen drama The OC.
Ed Deline, (James Caan) drives a silver AR1 in the TV show Las Vegas (1st and 2nd season, 3rd and 4th he has green DB9 Volante).
